CONSTRUCTION
Hassan Centenary Terraces (HCT) consists of six towers, one of which stands 110 meters tall, making it the tallest building in the territory. This development features six towers, with one of them (Block Four) reaching 110 meters in height and 35 floors, earning it the status of Gibraltar’s tallest building.
This project is part of the Gibraltar Government’s Affordable Housing Scheme, built on two key pillars: cost-controlled construction and adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria.
