This project falls under the typology “Capacity Increase,” as O Setenta aims to expand its production capacity by approximately 21%. To achieve this, the project includes investments in production, organizational structure, and marketing. It incorporates the acquisition of faster, automated equipment with lower operating costs and improved quality, enabling the implementation of optimized processes. These upgrades will allow the company to offer higher value-added products, with better quality and shorter lead times, thereby reinforcing its installed capacity.
An increase in productive capacity is expected, with Gross Production Value (GPV) rising from €8,880,526.06 (pre-project) to €10,755,894.58 (post-project). The overall goal is to equip the company technologically to design, produce, and market more and better products—enhancing their features and applications—while promoting continuous innovation and differentiation in the market to respond swiftly and effectively to the demands of discerning customers.

Objectives, Activities, and Expected/Achieved Results
The main goal of this project was to achieve the following results:
a) Activity Execution Rate – Measured by the ratio between the number of training hours planned and the number of training hours actually delivered under the project: 100%
b) Employee Perception of Improved Skills – Percentage of employees who, based on a survey, consider themselves more capable in areas of innovation and management, relative to the total number of participants: 100%
